New job sheet

Total: £0.00
Printing sends this to your printer as a pick sheet for the warehouse, and immediately deducts the listed quantities from stock. Items short on stock are flagged in red but can still be included as a backorder.

New purchase order

Add a supplier in the Suppliers tab first, and set which supplier each product buys from, to use this fully.
Total: £0.00
This doesn't touch your stock — quantities are only added once you mark the order as received.

Cloud sync

Connect this app to a free Firebase project (separate from any website you run), and every device connected with the same project and Workspace ID shares the same live data.

First time? How to set up Firebase (2 minutes)
  1. Go to console.firebase.google.com and sign in with any Google account.
  2. Click Add project, give it any name, finish the wizard.
  3. In the left menu, go to Build → Firestore Database, click Create database, choose any region, start in test mode.
  4. Once created, go to the Rules tab in Firestore and paste this, then click Publish:
  1. Back in Project settings (gear icon, top left) → scroll to Your apps → click the </> (web) icon → register an app (any nickname) → it shows you a code block starting with const firebaseConfig = { ... }. Copy everything between the curly braces.
  2. Paste that below, pick your own private Workspace ID (any word or phrase — treat it like a password), and hit Connect.

Backup & restore

Whether or not cloud sync is set up, it's worth downloading a backup now and then so you never lose your inventory, suppliers, job sheets, or history.

Restore from backup

This replaces everything currently in the app with what's in the backup file. Consider downloading a fresh backup first if you're not sure.
